From Our Founder:
Katherine E. Thompson, LPC
Being Hispanic, I grew up in an environment where discussing mental health was often seen as taboo. This experience ignited my commitment to challenge and change the stigma surrounding mental health in underrepresented communities.
At Spero, we believe that a lack of resources should never be a barrier to receiving quality care. We are here to bridge that gap and ensure that everyone has access to the support they need to thrive.
